Dear members, we will be organising a visit to the Tulip farm, on 3rd October, Sunday ( Weekend of the Mid semester break)
The program is as follows, during 1pm we’ll gather at the entrance of Robert Blackwood Hall.
Then we’ll make our way to the Tesselar Tulip Farm. Where we can take lots of photos with Tulips. According to their website, there will be more than half a million tulips flowering during that time so it is worth bringing your cameras and a sense of humour along.
In addition, at the tulip festival itself, there will be entertaining performances held at the location.
Next, we’ll head on to Jell’s park. Which is essentially a large park in excess of 127 hectares. The park is boring in the day. But we’ll be arriving there after dusk to do some star gazing and mooncake sampling. Of course, since we planned it, there will be a full moon that night.
You can also try to identify the different stars or but i reckon more people will be interested in eating mooncakes! YUM.
Dinner will be held at Sofias ( Italian food) at own expense.
Do join us for this event if you are avaliable on 3rd October, Sunday.
