Hello there!!
I’m Amanda Tan , your VP for 2009 - 2010. A little background info about me… I’m currently doing my 2nd year in Biomed. I was previously from Cedar Girls’ and SAJC in Singapore and I did my year 12 at Taylors College in Melbourne. This petite little girl loves watching movies (except horrors/thrillers), shopping (anytime!!), food (i have no idea why i’m still so small sized) and hanging out with friends.
If you see me wandering around uni, do say “HI!” !! *heehee* I might be a bit blur at times, so please don’t be offended if I don’t recognise you… *sorry in advance!!* BUT do feel free to talk to me whenever and wherever you see me. If I’ve yet to meet you, I look forward to getting to know you.
On behalf of SAM’s exco, I promise that we’ll have many cool and enjoyable activities lined up for you. Do join in our future SAM activities like our free sausage sizzles, food nights, annual National Day celebrations and many other activities. So far, we’ve had a combined ski trip with MUMSU (our Malaysian equivalent in Monash), clubbing events, bowling night and a roadtrip just to name a few of our recent past events. We’re a bunch of really fun and friendly people… REALLY!! If you’re still not convinced, just try turning up for our events. Hopefully you’ll be convinced to join us in our next event. =) ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR STUDIES IN MONASH!
