The executive committee of S.A.M. is formed in August of each year during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance to the club’s constitution. 8 executives are elected into the committee through a system of voting by the members of the club into the 8 available positions :

- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Marketing Officer
- Activities Officer
- Public Relations Officer
- Editorial Officer
